The Right Holder may collect, process, and store the User ID of any social network used by the User for registration and/or login to the Website. If the User registers on the Website using a social network account, they automatically consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their Personal Data made available to the Right Holder through the selected social network;
data contained in the User’s personal account (profile), all internal User communications, and other User activities on the Website;

Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal Data

Defining the Purposes of Processing

The collection and processing of Personal Data are carried out for the following purposes:

to analyze User behavior and identify User preferences for specific types of content;

to identify the User;

In the event of anonymization of Personal Data, which prevents direct or indirect identification of the User, further use and disclosure of such data to third parties are permitted, and the rules of this Policy no longer apply to them.

The Right Holder takes all possible measures to protect the confidentiality of the received Personal Data, except in cases where the User has made such data publicly available.

The Right Holder uses analytical platforms Google Analytics and Yandex for:

tracking the frequency of User visits to the Website;
monitoring how the User interacts with the Website and/or its content;
identifying the type and category of content that is popular among Users;
determining the User's location.

The User also consents to the Right Holder using the information obtained about the User from the analytical platforms used by the Right Holder.

The analytical platforms employed by the Right Holder gain access to the User's Personal Data to provide the Right Holder with insights into the effectiveness of the Website, the popularity of certain content, the efficiency of advertising placements, and for the development and/or improvement of the Right Holder's existing marketing strategy.

From the moment the User starts using the Website, they agree to the privacy policy of the analytical platforms utilized by the Right Holder, as well as to the automatic installation of corresponding cookies on the User's device.
